Child & Co Estates was established in spring 2026 in response to growing demand from homeowners and landlords seeking a more straightforward, considered approach to property.
While Mr & Mr Child is known for representing some of the region’s most unique homes, not every property requires that level of bespoke marketing. Child & Co Estates offers a more streamlined service, built on the same principles of presentation, marketing and client care, but designed for a wider range of homes and clients.
